It would be, quite frankly, a crime, to diminish our excitement about this week’s episode of Just Jack Radio. Josh Wink needs absolutely no introduction – the man who’s headlining our Halloween Freak Boutique is one of the most esteemed selectors in the world for blindingly obvious reasons. If you’ve caught one of his sets (perhaps when he previously played for Just Jack) you’ll know exactly what we mean. And if you haven’t, it’s a very good thing indeed that we’ve got a taster of his top-calibre, alchemistic mixing skills right here for you. This is probably the most exhilarating podcast so far in the series, combining dynamic grooves with hypnotic explorations into the elusive, 9AM-befitting deep before hitting the Detroit techno hard and journeying right back again. Prepare for your hair to be raised, jaw to be dropped, heart to be palpitated, geese to be pimpled and stomach to be butterflied... and expect more of the same come Halloween.
